Knowing when to fight is as important as knowing how to fight! There may be a time when you are forced to protect yourself or a loved one from imminent physical harm whether it’s from an offender bent on beating you or attacking you with a weapon.
My program covers all ranges of combat in which you may find yourself: kicking punching trapping and grappling, multiple distances, and situations involving weapons.
Unlike the standard martial arts systems which are guided by rules and unrealistic complicated movements, I address the realistic self preservation instinctual movements needed to survive. Are you up for the challenge? Are you Fit4thestreet?
